What is the maximum luggage allowed per person?

Each passenger is allowed up to 5 kg of luggage in a duffel bag (provided by us). Avoid hard luggage or trolleys.

Are VIP Darshans guaranteed?

Yes, VIP Darshan arrangements are made in advance, but they remain subject to temple authority regulations and crowd control.

What if the helicopter doesn’t fly due to bad weather?

In case of weather disruptions or government restrictions, we will reschedule the flights or provide alternative arrangements wherever possible. Refunds for unutilized services will be processed based on heli-operator policies.

Can elderly people or children take this tour?

Yes, the tour is designed for senior citizens as well. However, passengers should be medically fit to travel to high-altitude areas.

Is medical insurance required?

We highly recommend carrying travel and medical insurance for high-altitude helicopter tours.

Are accommodations close to the temples?

Yes, all accommodations are carefully selected and located within proximity to the temple zones. Basic amenities are provided at Kedarnath due to limited infrastructure.

Day 01 :

Arrival in Dehradun – Tour Briefing

Welcome to Dehradun. This is your reporting day.
Reach by afternoon and check into your pre-booked hotel. Use this day to relax and acclimatize.

7:00 PM: Attend the tour briefing at the hotel. You’ll receive your duffel bags and packing guidelines for the heli-journey.

Day 02 :

Dehradun → Kedarnath

Flight Schedule (Approx.):

11:15 AM: Check-out from hotel
12:30 PM: Departure from Sahastradhara Helidrome
1:00 PM: Arrival at Sersi
1:20 PM: Shuttle to Kedarnath Helipad

After breakfast, proceed to the Sahastradhara Helidrome. Board your helicopter to Sersi, and from there, take a shuttle flight to Kedarnath (approx. 7 minutes).

Once you arrive at Kedarnath, enjoy VIP Darshan of Lord Shiva.
Time allotted for temple visit: 2 hours (approx.)
Evening at leisure near the temple.

Overnight stay at Kedarnath

Day 03 :

Kedarnath → Badrinath

Flight Schedule (Approx.):

11:30 AM: Depart from Kedarnath
1:30 PM: Arrive at Badrinath Helipad
